BARTA Theatre Academy is very special. It’s not just the students that we work with, the reputation developed, the experience gained, the knowledge attained or the opportunities delivered. It is a combination of all of these things and much more that makes BARTA very unique. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help grow the network of BARTA centres of excellence in 2023 and beyond. With our support, training, guidance, marketing, brand and learning resources we are confident that a decision to join the BARTA family is a decision that you will not regret. You will receive access to BARTA manual of excellence with lots of helpful advice and information to help you start and grow your business. The BARTA team will also work with you and be on hand to provide support as required; assisting with advice and guidance on administration, marketing, communication, recruiting, enrolment, development, growth and much more. BARTA will provide initial training for new BARTA Academy partners to introduce you to the BARTA way of working including the standards expected from partners, teachers and students. To be successful we must all uphold the highest standards and levels of professionalism in everything that we do. Our training programme is designed to give you the tools to successfully start and grow your very own BARTA Theatre Academy centre of excellence. The training includes information on many areas including the BARTA model, marketing, lesson planning and delivery, term structure, safeguarding, brand and ethos. BARTA will provide marketing assets to enable you to launch and continue to market your academy. We will also provide ongoing support and advice to help you to attract new students to your academy based on our own experience of starting and growing performing arts businesses. BARTA will provide guidance on recruiting teaching staff and the checks required to ensure they have the highest level of skill and experience to perform the role. This also includes training material, support and information to get the best from your students and teachers whilst providing opportunities to create memories that will last a lifetime. BARTAs Child Protection / Safeguarding Officer will provide support to ensure classes are fun, interesting and always safe. Our experienced team can also offer advice when it comes to licensing your young performers for productions. |
